Here’s a tip you might not know about your pillow and skin care!
Wash your pillowcase at least once a week
Your skin produces oil as you sleep and while that oil isn’t necessarily bad for your skin, is does stay on your pillow and sheets. Sleeping on many night’s worth of accumulated oil is not ideal for your skin. It’s best to wash your pillowcase once a week. If you are acne prone…you should be washing that pillowcase at least every three days. It’s a hassle but your skin will thank you!
